Payment Methods

You can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. The price you see for a LEGO® product on our website is exactly what you’ll pay (inclusive of goods and services tax (GST)). You don’t have to worry about any extra fees besides the shipping cost.

Credit and Debit Card

We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. You can shop with confidence from LEGO.com, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.

We’ll initiate an authorization hold of your credit card at the time of your order. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order.

PayPal

We accept payment by PayPal. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website to log in to your account. You’ll then be returned to LEGO.com to complete the checkout process.

Our payment solution is based on the SSL standard, which means that your information submitted in connection with the payment transaction is protected by encryption.

Express Checkout

PayPal customers will see an option for express checkout when they’re finalizing their order. Before finishing up, just make sure the correct billing and shipping address appear in your PayPal as that’s the info we’ll use to process your order.

Paying by link

If you’re on the phone with one of our LEGO experts, you may be asked to pay for an order by clicking on a secure link that we send to you by email. The link will take you to a secure payment page, so you can enter your card details knowing that the transaction is protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. The link is only valid for 24 hours, so be sure to click and pay before it expires to place your order.

We’ll initiate an authorization hold of your credit card once you make the payment. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the order amount. The hold will be removed after a certain number of days that’s decided by your banking institution. Check with your bank for further details.
