How will I be charged?

We’ll authorise your credit card at the time of your order. Your credit card won’t be charged until your order has been dispatched. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. Check with your bank for details.

How do PayPal orders work?

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you’ll be taken to their website to complete your purchase.

If you’d like the option to pay for your order after 30 days, select ‘Pay later’ on the PayPal website.

How about Apple Pay?

We accept payment by Apple Pay on your Mac or Apple device. After ensuring that your order details are correct, choose Apple Pay as your payment method and complete your order with touch ID or by entering your passcode.

Can I use express checkout?

PayPal and/or Apple Pay customers will see an express checkout option when they finalise their order. Before finishing, please make sure that the correct billing and shipping address appears in your PayPal and/or Apple Pay account as that’s the info we’ll use to process your order.

Can I use Riverty?

In cooperation with Riverty GmbH, Gütersloher Str. 123, DE-33415 Verl, Germany (Riverty), we provide the option to pay by invoice in Germany. However, we reserve the right to request pre-payment or credit card payment on any order.

Riverty will perform a credit check and address verification during checkout. If approved, you’ll receive an invoice from Riverty via email. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Riverty handles only the payment process; we remain responsible for product quality, dispatching orders and delivery. If you choose to pay an order by invoice, cash payment or use of LEGO Gift Cards are not accepted for that order. Furthermore, your delivery country must be Germany. We will start processing the order as soon as payment is received. Bank transfers can take up to 3 days. We reserve title to all goods until full payment of the order value. We do not accept responsibility for any additional bank charges that may be incurred. Please contact Customer Service if you experience a delay in the receipt of either your order or your invoice.

Can I pay with Klarna?

We accept payment by Klarna in some countries and regions. You’ll be offered the option to pay with Klarna if it’s available in your country. You may be asked to verify your purchase through your bank before you can place your order and pay. Klarna can’t be used to purchase LEGO® gift cards. How does paying by link work?

If you’re on the phone with one of our LEGO experts, you may be asked to pay for an order by clicking on a secure link that we send to you by email. The link will take you to a secure payment page, so you can enter your card details knowing that the transaction is protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. The link is only valid for 24 hours, so be sure to click and pay before it expires.

We’ll authorise your credit card once you make the payment. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the order amount.

How do I pay for a large order of LEGO® pieces?

Accepted Answer

Payment for large orders must be made using a VISA, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card. We’ll email you a secure link to submit payment. If you don’t submit payment within 7 days from the time you receive the email with link, your order will be cancelled and you may need to go through the review process again to reorder.

Delivery for large orders can take up to 7 weeks once payment has been received.
