SHIPPING & RETURNS

About your shipment

If you place your order by 11am CT, in-stock items will ship the very next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Items not in stock when you place your order will ship as soon as they become available. All orders are subject to review, which may affect shipping times. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Standard shipping timeframes

  • 3-5 business days
  • Orders to rural areas will take an additional 3 business days.

Standard shipping costs

  • Orders up to $500 have a shipping cost of $90.
  • Orders from $500.01 to $699.99 have a shipping cost of $130.
  • Orders of $750 or more ship free.

Shipping delays
We do our best to estimate shipping dates based on info from our carriers. If your area is experiencing severe weather, natural disasters or other unscheduled events, there may be additional shipping time required.

Pre-orders and backorders

• Backorder items are available to order but won’t ship until more arrive in our warehouse.
• Pre-orders are sets that are coming soon! They’re not out yet, but you can still place your order.
• Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items are shown on the product page, in your bag, and in the order summary at checkout.
• Items will ship as soon as they become available. We’ll email you to let you know when your order leaves our warehouse.
• If you’ve ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backordered item, the rest of the order will ship separately.
• If you’ve qualified for any free or promotional items, they’ll ship with the next available items in your order.
• It’s easy to find the latest updates on your order—simply check your order status here.

Replacement pieces or stickers

  • Allow 17–22 business days for replacement pieces or stickers.

Gift Orders

Shipping a gift to someone? Your surprise is safe with us!

  • Orders are shipped in plain boxes.
  • You can specify a 'Ship To' address, like a relative’s house or workplace.
  • If you requested delivery to an address different from your billing address, we'll assume it's a gift and won't include price or billing details.
  • Pricing and billing info will be in your shipping confirmation email and your invoice email.

Tax invoices

To claim your tax invoice, get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Order cancellations

  • You’ll be able to cancel your order until it reaches the ‘In Warehouse’ status.
  • If none of the items in your order have an ‘In Warehouse’ status yet, and you’d like to cancel, just visit the ‘Order Status’ page, click ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the remaining steps. It’s super easy!
  • If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date.
  • If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund.

Return Policy

We believe our LEGO bricks and other products should meet your highest expectations, and our service should match the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy and free! All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt of your order.

Unopened sets
  • To set up a free return, get in touch with our Customer Service team.
  • All refunds are made in the original payment method.
  • Please make sure to send your return back in a sealed, secure and sturdy shipping box.
  • We can only accept unopened software for return, including but not limited to video games and DVDs.

We're unable to accept returns to LEGO Certified Stores.
