While most of our positions follow the LEGO recruitment experience outlined above, the journey is a bit different for our LEGO Brand Retail, Manufacturing and Customer Service teams.
We run background checks as part of our hiring process, in locations where we are legally required to do so. In addition, we also conduct background checks for roles that involve engagement with children. All checks are initiated after a candidate is offered a role to join the LEGO team.

Unfortunately not. If it’s not online anymore, we’re no longer accepting applications. Our vacancies tend to be posted for varying lengths of time, so don’t hesitate to apply when you see one that’s right for you.

Background checks are managed by our 3rd-party vendor Sterling. You will receive more information on this if you are offered a role to join the LEGO team. All offers that require a background check are conditional upon successful completion of the check.
