As we’re currently receiving lots of LEGO orders, we’re expecting delivery to take longer than usual. Please check your Order Status for updates.

Shipping

About Your Shipment

If you place your order by 12pm ET, in-stock items will ship the very next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Items not in stock when you place your order will ship as soon as they become available. All orders are subject to review, which may affect shipping times. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

In placing your order, you authorize LEGO.com to appoint a Canadian customs broker to act on your behalf to obtain customs clearance of your merchandise and remit applicable duties and taxes to Revenue Canada. Amounts received by LEGO.com for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf, for the broker.

In returning merchandise to our Canadian address, you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duties and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. LEGO.com will refund the purchase price together with the duties and taxes directly to you, our customers.

Standard shipping timeframes

• 3-5 business days
• Orders to rural areas will take an additional 3 business days.

Standard shipping costs

• Orders up to $25 have a shipping cost of $5.95.
• Orders from $25.01 to $34.99 have a shipping cost of $7.95.
• Orders of $35 or more ship free. Qualifying purchases must be in merchandise only; Gift cards don't apply to the merchandise total.
• Pick a Brick orders may require an additional service fee. For more details, see the Pick a Brick orders section below.
• Gift cards always ship for free.

Shipping delays

We do our best to estimate shipping dates based on info from our carriers. If your area is experiencing severe weather, natural disasters or other unscheduled events, there may be additional shipping time required.

Shipping restrictions

We're committed to getting your order to you, but we do have a few limitations.
• We don't offer express shipping.
• In order to protect our consumers and maintain our commitment to service excellence, we don't ship to freight forwarding services.
• We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, except for Pick a Brick Standard orders.
• We don't require a signature when your shipment is delivered to your doorstep.

Backorders, pre-orders and mixed orders

Backorders

We say sets or parts are available for ‘backorder’ when they’re not currently available, but we expect them to come back soon.
• Backordered items can be ordered and will ship when they're back in stock at our warehouse.
• You’ll receive an email notification when your backordered items are shipped.
• Shipping dates for backordered items are shown on the product page, in your shopping bag, and in the order summary at checkout.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are sets that haven't been released and are coming soon. They'll ship as soon as they become available.
• You’ll receive an email notification when your pre-ordered items are shipped.
• Shipping dates for pre-ordered items are shown on the product page, in your shopping bag, and in the order summary at checkout.

Mixed orders

• If your order includes both pre-order or backorder items and other in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship separately.
• Any free or promotional items you qualify for will ship with the next available items in your order.

Pick a Brick orders

Pick a Brick pieces fall into two categories: Bestseller and Standard. Bestsellers ship from the United States and Standard pieces ship from Denmark. We handpick each order especially for you.

Pick a Brick shipping timeframes

• Pick a Brick Bestseller pieces follow our standard shipping timeframes.
• Pick a Brick Standard pieces can take up to 28 days to arrive.
• Shipments to rural areas may take an additional 3 business days.

Pick a Brick service fees

• Orders up to $20 include a service fee of $9.50.
• If your order meets the minimum of $20 for each category, the service fee will be removed.
• We'll include the price and billing details along with your order.

Replacement pieces or stickers

• Allow 10-14 business days for replacement pieces or stickers.

Gift Orders

Shipping a gift to someone? Your surprise is safe with us!

• Orders are shipped in plain boxes.
• You can specify a 'Ship To' address, like a relative’s house or workplace.
• If you requested delivery to an address different from your billing address, we'll assume it's a gift and won't include price or billing details.
• Pricing and billing info will be in your shipping confirmation email and your invoice email.

Order cancellations

• You’ll be able to cancel your order until it reaches the ‘In Warehouse’ status.
• If none of the items in your order have an ‘In Warehouse’ status yet, and you’d like to cancel, just visit the ‘Order Status’ page, click ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the remaining steps. It’s super easy!
• If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date.
• If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund.

Return Policy

We believe our LEGO bricks and other products should meet your highest expectations, and our service should match the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy and free! All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund your order within 14 business days of receiving your return. All refunds are made in the original payment method.

Unopened sets

• To set up a free return, get in touch with our Customer Service team .
• All refunds are made in the original payment method.
• Please make sure to send your return back in a sealed, secure and sturdy shipping box.
• We can only accept unopened software for return, including but not limited to video games and DVDs.

Opened Sets

If you'd like to return an opened item, please get it touch with our Customer Service team .
• Opened items must include the original packing list or receipt when returned.
• Credit for opened item(s) will be given in the form of a LEGO Gift Card or exchange for something else of the same value.

Return Restrictions

We're unable to accept returns of the following:
• Gift Cards
• Pick a Brick Bestseller orders
• Pick a Brick Standard orders

Returns to LEGO Brand Retail stores

LEGO Brand Retail stores can accept unopened sets for return, provided the total value of the return is under $250. To process the return, please present your original packing list or receipt dated within 90 days. A full refund will be issued in the form of a LEGO Gift Card.

LEGO Brand Retail stores are unable to accept returns for:

• Returns with a total value over $250
• Unopened sets without a shipping confirmation email or receipt
• Clothing, apparel and footwear
• Opened sets
• Opened software, including but not limited to video games and DVDs

Returns to LEGO Certified Stores

We're unable to accept returns to LEGO Certified Stores.
