As we continue to reach even more builders across the world, we need even more LEGO® colleagues to support them.
We’re excited to announce that we’ve just moved into our brand new, custom designed office in Berlin, home for our Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) team. This new office will let our award-winning customer service teams provide world-class service to LEGO fans across Europe.

Bright colours bring a creative and playful energy to the office. But it was also really important to us that the space felt cosy and warm. Our teams will find LEGO building areas all around the office, a LEGO graffiti wall, and a foosball table! At the heart of it all, there’s also a social area we call the “playground” which has a large mural of Berlin landmarks that come alive in LEGO bricks.
Walking through the office is like a journey of discovery. Colleagues and visitors will find inspiring LEGO Group history timelines to connect with our deep history, while images of important historical moments in Berlin immerse them in the city and its culture.

Our new office has a great location and is easily accessible by public transportation.
We wanted to create a playful and inspiring space for our colleagues and visitors, and this new setting will give our Berlin teams everything they need to create amazing customer experiences for our European consumers.
Working in our office
Our teams in Consumer & Shopper Engagement act as the voice of the LEGO brand, and are always happy to help LEGO fans find missing parts, troubleshoot a build, or find just the right set for their next gift. They embody the very best of our brand values, and our new office in Berlin inspires these values as well.
We’ve taken a creative approach to workspace design and built different environments to suit individual ways of working, while also fostering team spirit, easy collaboration and a sense of belonging to succeed together.
