Wenjia and Jar Yee both work at the LEGO Group, in China. Each in their own way has fulfilled their dream by doing so and have taken some time to share their story.
When we entered the China market over 11 years ago, Wenjia, was there from the beginning. Right from the get-go she’s made the most of every opportunity to progress.
“Right now, I’m part of the Marketing Operations team but, during my time with the business, I’ve managed to take on four different roles in various areas. It’s been a useful learning experience.
"Every time I take on a new role, I progress from being a completely new student to an experienced hand. It’s so fulfilling to know my potential is being unleashed and my horizons broadened. I live to learn, so it’s hardly surprising that I love it here."

“I thought I would never have a chance to engage in education, only to find that I could realise that dream here at the LEGO Group."
