The Top 10 Biggest LEGO® Sets Ever

LEGO® Art World Map

With over 11,000 pieces, the LEGO Art World Map was not only our biggest LEGO set (in terms of piece count), but also a beautiful piece of wall art.

It allowed you to put your own stamp on the world, create patterns in the oceans and choose which continent should be at the center.

Once built, you could track your travels, create your own bucket list using small, colored pins or simply just admire it as a unique piece of home decor. There’s no other world map out there that’s quite like it.

LEGO® Icons Eiffel tower

While we may have released LEGO brick models of the Eiffel tower before, none compete with this one in terms of sheer size and grandeur.

Measuring 58.5 in. (149 cm) high, this is our tallest LEGO set to date and the ultimate representation of Paris’ most famous landmark.

Featuring a true-to-life structure and all the intricate details, the new LEGO Eiffel tower includes beautiful trusswork, elevators, a broadcast tower and the French flag at the very top. Incroyable!

Unless you own The Louvre, or a really big garage, good luck finding a place to put it...

While it’s certainly the tallest set, it has 10,001 pieces, which isn’t as many as the LEGO Art World Map...

LEGO® Icons Titanic

Measuring 53 in. (135 cm) long, the LEGO Titanic is the third biggest LEGO set in terms of size. This 1:200 scale model of the historic ship makes it the ultimate building project with 9,090 pieces. It’s a whopper!

Packed with authentic details, inside and out, the set honors the original ship featuring a grand staircase, a boiler room, different cabins, lifeboats and even the first-class dining room.

Any history lover will enjoy recreating details like the promenade deck and swimming pool. You can even watch the piston engines turn inside as you turn the propellers.

The main question is... where do you put it? If you need some tips, here’s how to display huge LEGO sets at home...

LEGO® Colosseum

A mere two millennia after the original was built, there was finally a Colosseum made of LEGO bricks. This incredible model is packed with fascinating details worthy of the most iconic amphitheater in history.

With 9,036 pieces in this set, making it pretty massive, our designer Rok Zgalin Kobe explained that “the more the model was being perfected, the more pieces went into capturing its details”. Want to know more? Here’s how we made the LEGO Colosseum...

UCS LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon™

Now, we were going to make a joke about how funny it was that we used to think 7,541 pieces was actually *big*, but Chewbacca just walked into the room and seems to be indicating that we don’t write that. Either that or he’s hungry – we don’t speak Wookiee.

Chewy is one of seven minifigures in this eye-popping set that stands at 33 in. (83 cm) long and 22 in. (60 cm) wide. And (you won’t believe this), it can do the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs!

Be sure to check out the video from our Designer Video series, where two of the set’s designers go through its numerous features, in minute detail.

It’s the biggest LEGO NINJAGO set so far with 6,163 pieces, and fans will recognize the vibrant location from the new TV series.

Plus, you get 21 minifigures in the set, with some fan-favorite characters getting their own LEGO minifigure for the very first time.

The set can be connected to four other LEGO NINJAGO sets so you can build your own expanded NINJAGO universe.

LEGO Harry Potter™ Hogwarts™ Castle

Despite containing 6,020 pieces, this castle is still able to surprise with the sheer amount of detail it fits in. From the guardian trials of the Sorcerer’s Stone to the Chamber of Secrets™, all the way up to the unmissable office of Dolores Umbridge™ (literally unmissable… it’s bright pink).

Fun fact: The designer curated the building experience to mirror that of Harry Potter™ when he first entered Hogwarts™, starting with the boats and the Great Hall before exploring the rest of the castle. Want more insider tips on the set’s features? Accio Designer Video!”
