Steph leads a team of 17 talented colleagues in our Data Delivery Office. By connecting everyone, they safeguard that Data Office delivers on its North Star: unlocking the value of data across the LEGO Group.

Steph tells us that before she joined us, she’d always been drawn to our vibrant, playful image.
“I imagined a fun, family-friendly workplace." It turns out I was right. But it's even better than I expected. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and there's a real sense of purpose that drives us all.”
“My role is surprisingly varied so there really is never a dull moment. My team consists of product managers, technical program managers, agile coaches, and a TechOps specialist who is a storyteller that brings our numbers to life. No two days are the same, and I'm constantly learning from these brilliant people around me.”
“Right now, we're focused on migrating tons of data to our new platform. It's a bit like moving a whole city to a new shiny purpose-built location - so we have to be careful and make sure everything works seamlessly.”

“We want to make sure the data platform is easy to use and helps people make better decisions. That's what makes my job so rewarding.”
“I'm very proud of the team. We're a diverse bunch, and I've learned so much about how to get the best out of each person. We did a fun exercise where everyone wrote a "self-help guide" about themselves, highlighting their work styles and preferences. It's been incredibly helpful in understanding how to support and motivate everyone.”
As well as having great colleagues to work with, Steph is also keen to emphasise the difference our playful culture makes.
“It shines through in everything we do. We try to incorporate fun and creativity into our work, whether it's through team-building activities or brainstorming sessions.”
“But there's also a strong sense of purpose. We never forget that we are working to inspire tomorrow's builders. Personally, I always think about my own children when I'm working on a project. I want to make sure we're creating the best possible experiences for them.”
