*You will primarily be working during daytime hours, while being responsible for the evening and night shifts. However, some working time flexibility is expected.  

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

In this new position as Warehouse Supervisor, it will be your core responsibility to lead, manage and support the evening and night teams of 20 colleagues in the KOM Campus Logistics team, Billund Production. Meanwhile, ensuring the delivery of the expected outcome to our internal costumers in right time, cost and quality. More specifically, you will: 

  • Lead the evening and night shift teams in warehouse, while measuring, analyzing and meeting important metrics within safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, people, etc.

  • Manage HR processes (People Review Process, PMP Bonus, Employee Changes, People Development Plan, Skill Matrix, etc.)

  • Provide and fulfill training plans for team members

  • Foster a work environment based on the principles and values of the organisation (PULSE, Leadership Playground, etc.)

  • Promote and ensure the integrity of employees through security tools implemented in the organisation (e.g. proactive in safety, safety observation, risk place assessment) in close collaboration with the LEGO® safety team

  • Ensure and maintain production plan fulfillment, improve and optimize resources and production setup to ensure the norms and efficiency of the area

  • Ensure Ramp Up according to demand in close collaboration with supplier of agency workers

  • Secure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product Safety, QA Handbook, IMS)

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts

  • Support strategic projects

You will join our KOM Campus Logistics team in Billund divided into five shifts (day/evening/night/weekends). The team is handling the raw materials (resins and master batches) from arrival at the manufacturing site until the injection moulding process begins. In addition, it is responsible for operation of the high-bay warehouse operation. 

This role provides the opportunity to not only be involved in the day-to-day operation, but also have a wider perspective of operations across the LEGO® value chain.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate comes with knowledge, experience and background from Production, Warehousing, Logistics or equivalent functional areas bringing a strong operation-based working approach. 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Team Coordinator, Lead, Supervisor or equivalent roles leading groups of 20+ employees 

  • Great communication skills and interpersonal values to develop local and global relationships in the work area, empower team members and motivate the group

  • Great collaboration abilities

  • Holistic and strategic vision to take decisions in the short, medium and long term

  • Solid IT skills working with PPS, SAP, Excel and MS Office. Preferably, also Workday and Champ

  • Proficiency in English and Danish both written and verbal

  • Ability to work daily in Billund
