Job Description
Logistic within factory is of the key player to support all production departments. It starts with receiving of material, storage of material in the warehouses, supplying production lines and loading the finished products which goes to distribution center.
This position will involve working in shifts (day and night shifts) and leads the shift to fulfil the planned goals while simultaneously complying with the principles of quality and work safety.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manages a team of WH Team Coordinators and WH operators across the shift
· Is responsible for compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costing, People and related KPIs
· As a role model support others by leading with example, support team culture and cohesion through role modelling
· Ensure a smooth flow of production and non production material across the factory based on the demand and needs
· Ensures all corporate strategy and plan alignment goals are met
· Leadership, motivation and development of entire team
· Process and performance management of daily operations
· Ensuring recruitment to the team - shift
· Disciplined implementation of basic PPC processes: PRP, PMP, IDP
· Responsible for attendance compliance in the system of whole shift
· Proactively communicate with stakeholders to solve/report any issue
· Using data analyses to improve processes, daily operation and KPIs
· Can operate multiple processes inside the logistic
· Revise processes and process documentation in close collaboration with TC, GJT/FAMT – Training organization
· Executing process confirmations according the schedule
· Acting on and reporting violation of processes based on agreed measure scale
· Drives forklifts of different kind, Including C15
· Leads safety and 5S inspections, corrective actions – responsible for implementation
· Understands and uses Warehouse Management System (COMBI) as a base of all material movements thru scanners or PC
· He/She fully complies with all safety regulations, especially when it comes to driving a forklift
· Comply with work procedures, order in the workplace and all safety and hygiene rules
· Is responsible for entrusted handling equipment, work tools and other company property in the entrusted section
· Report logistic situation/non-compliance cases to the manager in time
· Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
· Comply with 5S and other LCI tools
Do you have what it takes?
· At last 3 years experience in factory Logistic
· At last 1 years as people leader
· PC skills – MS office
· Team work, ability to listen to people
· Ability to make independent decisions
· Ability to recognize and solve a problem
· Striving to achieve team goals, actively solve and propose improvements in teamwork
· Ability to advocate and support change
· Ability to communicate constructively with a superior
· Able to Travel as assignment from manager (including overseas trips)
· Be able to use English for email communication, and communicate in English
the scope of relevant technical processes
· Ability to teach others

· Forklift driving license and experience
