This role must be based in Denmark full time

Harnessing the depth of your gaming expertise and network, you will build new partnerships, business models and alliances to elevate the LEGO brand’s presence in the gaming world!
Core Responsibilities
- New business model exploration to bring more LEGO games to market
- Exploration of new IP Partners, from initial contact to final contract.
- Business development on existing partners (EPIC, Sony, etc…)
- Prospection of new studio & publishing partners
- Relationship management of platforms & distributors
- P&L ownership of the licensed games portfolio
- Responsible for our 10y+ product pipeline
- Contribution to the long term gaming strategy

Focusing on delivering games for everyone (safe for kids by design), you will contribute to delivering more gaming experiences that kids love, that also love kids back. We are dedicated to ensuring all our experiences have a positive impact, and for gaming, it means that a LEGO game should not only be fun to play, but also contribute to players’ digital wellbeing.
As the owner of the Licensed Games portfolio, you will ensure that the games in development and in markets are delivering the expected ambitions in terms of reach, engagement and revenue!
Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated experience in the gaming industry
- Proven understanding of licensing business models
- Successful experiences building and developing strategic partnerships
- P&L and Games management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of legal and financial considerations, incl internal partner management
- Business innovation and creative thinking
- Understanding / interest in kid-focused experiences
- Experience navigating C-level conversations
- Long term strategy and planning
