This position can be based in either Billund or Copenhagen.
Core Responsibilities:
You will be part of a driven team, providing thought leadership and strategic planning to one of the LEGO Group’s most important business transformations, with significant exposure to executive management of the LEGO Group. The programme impacts every one of the LEGO Group’s employees and has highest priority for delivery. You will:
Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the business transformation and change activities in the ERP transformation. This includes responsibility for change approach and plan (incl. training and comms) and the execution there of
Ensure high level of transparency across the programme. This includes responsibility for creating and orchestrating the critical path, managing interdependencies across programmes, owning the preparation for critical strategic, decision-making meetings (up to C-level), and ensuring teams work towards a common goal
Be a member of the Project Management Team, together with our Technology Lead and Implementation Partner Lead, ensuring implementation of the selected implementation methodology
Be a thought partner to senior leadership, up to C-level, and both support strategic planning and enablement of executive decision-making
Create an environment in which team members feel motivated and have an ability to grow and deliver

The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development, cross functional transformation and value realisation, working on major strategic priorities for the company.
We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and transformational topics.
The Transformation Team is a diverse team with backgrounds in consulting and / or industry in strategy & transformation acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
A higher degree within finance, business or management in combination with your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organisation. Similarly, your excellent strategic mentality and change management capabilities drive you to prioritise efficiently and get energized in a project-based, collaborative team environment! Moreover, the successful candidate comes with:
+10 years of proven track record in management consultancy or an internal FMCG transformation function
Proven track record of successfully delivering large, cross-functional business initiatives and transformations (ideally with experience from delivering an ERP transformation)
Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and communication skills (incl. experience with executive-level communication).
Strong drive and willingness to learn, being proactive and resourceful
An effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape
