The Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. We work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process, while upholding The LEGO Group’s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Core Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Assist in screening and coordinating interviews for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and projects.
  • Create and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Power BI.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Education: Currently in the 6th semester or above, studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Passionate about building relationships and working collaboratively in a team.
