Are you a strategic problem solver with a passion for operational transformation and supply chain management? We’re seeking an encouraging leader to propel the Foundation Organization to new heights while delivering impactful, data-driven solutions.

Core Responsibilities

As the leader of a talented team across the Parameter, Digital Development, and Masterdata functions, you’ll champion initiatives that shape the foundation of our global supply chain. Your key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership

  • Inspire growth and development within a high-performing team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

  • Drive critical strategic initiatives, including ERP implementation, sustainable materials integration, and bridging process and system gaps.

  • Represent the department in pivotal initiatives, including the Digital Roadmap and strategic development activities.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and maintain a robust data foundation to support efficient planning across the chain .

  • Balance strategic and operational trade-offs to ensure flawless execution of foundational processes.

  • Lead initiatives to scale strategic priorities and Capacity Expansion while managing enabling product portfolio complexity.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Partner with Digital and Product Teams to align process impacts, achieving quality and timeline objectives.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential topics with neutrality, ensuring alignment across senior business partners.

Located in Billund, this is a pivotal role within the Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO) and Novelty Interface & Foundation. You’ll play a key part in enabling GSCO to achieve its strategic goals through robust data management, operational transformation, and leadership excellence.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional collaboration skills, fostering alignment and trade-offs across global teams and organizational levels.

  • Adaptability: Skilled in navigating in a global context and distributed teams.
