Job Description

We are looking for a student worker to join our Global Mobility team at the LEGO Group. Mobility is a specialized area of HR focused on developing and managing the programs and policies related to international employee assignments.

Core responsibilities

Purchase Order (PO) Creation and Management:

  • Create POs across several external vendors in Coupa, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing process.
  • Track and manage open POs, help resolve discrepancies, close completed POs, top up POs where needed.

Vendor and Invoice Management:

  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to monitor unpaid invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Establish communication channels with vendors to clarify invoice issues and maintain a smooth flow of financial transactions.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight:

  • Collaborate with internal finance team to help monitor budgets, ensuring relevant data is delivered timely and accurately.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks related to employee or vendor management, providing operational support as needed.

Suggest and implement process improvements.

You will join our awesome Global Mobility team which currently consists of 7 colleagues located in three main locations. You will become a valuable member of our team and we will do our very best to support your development on a continuous basis.

Do you have what it takes

It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Furthermore, we are looking for a student who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies at a Danish University or Business School, where you have at least 1½ years until completion/graduation. And are you:

  • Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week?
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite?
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal?
  • Customer-oriented with a service-minded attitude?
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage urgency, and meet deadlines?
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment?
  • A person with a keen attention to detail and accuracy?
  • Happy and capable working independently with minimal supervision?
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally?
  • Passionate about working with an international clientele?
  • Have advanced skills in speaking and writing in English?
