Core Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy: You will support key partners in the creation of business cases and financial forecasting to clearly demonstrate value delivery and ensure continued prioritization by the business.
  • Product Strategy: You will develop a strategy for your product that incorporates the complexities of hypothesis validation, iterative development by multiple product teams, and commitments from Marketing, Content, and other departments.
  • Influence: To implement your strategy, you will lead without formal authority and instead influence action through relationship-building, persuasion, and storytelling.
  • Communication: With consistent, transparent communication, you will ensure all relevant partners feel confident and excited about your product.
  • Data: You will derive insights from data, make actionable recommendations, and influence action through your data storytelling.
  • Gaming expertise: You have expertise developing and implementing strategies for kids gaming experiences, and can apply your expertise to your product strategy. You keep track of the latest updates in your user segment, gaming, technology, and other relevant industries and ensure your product strategy remains relevant.

We are looking for a unique individual to drive the product strategy for a new, exciting experience within our digital ecosystem for kids. This person will lead through influence by closely collaborating and aligning with a variety of partners to influence business prioritization, product roadmaps, and other important decisions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven ability to develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate value delivery and return on investment
  • Proven ability to create and implement complex product strategies
  • Experience with and preference for Lean and Design Thinking product development methodologies
  • Proven ability to effectively lead with influence rather than authority
  • Proven ability to make data-informed decisions that balance business and user value
  • Expertise in and passion for the game industry and trends
  • Consistently a top performing Senior Product Manager
