Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
• Be the key person in providing high quality solutions to assigned tasks to go beyond the set goals. Cases, for example, claim/big incident handling etc.
• Perform and execute independently all assigned quality assessments and audits for potential suppliers and existing suppliers to look for and evaluate supplier quality capability improvements or upgrading opportunities and take ad hoc actions.
• Follow up & monitor with well formulated plan & steps of all audit NC status or supplier quality improvement projects to uplift supplier platform capabilities & performance.
• Follow up designed data analysis tasks, which add value to supplier performance monitoring and business/operating plan related decision-making
• Proactively involve in activities, continuously contribute on sustainable supplier platforms through understanding the company, business category’s strategies, intelligently transform things for significantly improved results
• Role authority: declare supplier quality audit result. Approve/reject supplier’s reaction for customer claim.
Do you have what it takes?
• More than 8 years working experience on quality or engineering; certified lead auditor for VDA 6.3 will be preferred
• More than 8 years on hands experience of handling quality issues or shop floor control on plastic or electronics products;
• insightful Complex global collaboration skills and key stake holder management
• Profound project management experience to be competent at global quality big case handling
• Certificated Lead Auditor for ISO 9001
• Qualified Auditor for VDA6.3(nice to have)
• Good understanding on lean and quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D etc.
• Reading/writing/speaking is requested frequently for English.(C1)
