Are you ready to make a significant impact and shape the right legal landscape for the LEGO Group? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IPR Enforcement Lead to join our team in Western Europe!
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of defense for our IP strategy in the region and act as the knowledge expert within Western Europe.
Be the main contact for business partners regarding brand protection and IPR activities.
Handle customs seizures and records.
Take initiative and address legal issues related to brand protection.
Build close collaboration with relevant functional experts to provide the best solutions in line with priorities and strategy.
Thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
Lead external counsels in IP-related legal matters.
Ensure high levels of compliance in all matters related to IPR, GDPR, etc.
Support knowledge sharing and process optimization within the full team
Be an integral part of the Western Europe Legal Team and deliver the IPR agenda to relevant business partners.

The Western Europe Legal Team is responsible for both regional (Western Europe markets and IPR enforcement) and global (Operations, Facilities, and Procurement) matters. The team is dedicated to providing legal assistance for key tasks and projects that support the LEGO Group's strategic priorities and commercial goals.
Do you have, what it takes?
A relevant degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 7 years of global experience in-house or in private practice, with relevant expertise in IP enforcement.
Consistent track record in the IP/brand protection field.
Experience in negotiations, advisory, matter management, and collaborator management.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and follow through on tasks.
Highly collaborative and curious attitude with a "can do" approach.
