Job Description

In this role you will be able to bring your creative expertise and dedication to craft excellent ideas for the LEGO Group’s commerce communication. 

Core Responsibilities  

  • Creative problem solver & conceptual thinker – when you’re not ideating and crafting, you’ll dream up and bring to reality new ways to engage with parents and shoppers. 

  • No matter the commerce platform: From retail stores to pure players and shoppable social to commerce landing pages, you are able to deliver insightful, relevant and effective commerce communication that establishes awareness and drives conversion. 

  • Lead and support creative workshops in concept and campaign development along with art directors, strategists and other teammates 

  • Collaborate closely with producer during the production phases acting as senior sparring partner and/or the creative lead from pre-production to delivery 

  • Challenges status quo through new insights 

  • Creates and structures strong on-the-point presentations, and has presentation skills to make sure that creative work is communicated in the clearest, simplest and most inspiring way

What you should know first is that we are a global in-house creative agency that does it all – from our big brand commercials to this morning’s IG story.  

As a Senior Commerce Art Director, you will belong to the group of top creative employees in the LEGO in-house agency. Responsible for ensuring that the LEGO Agency delivers best-in-class commerce communication through integrated creative campaigns & executions. The creativity we are looking for should be as strong in ideas as they are in crafting every detail of their copy. You will report to a Sr. Creative Lead and work with a team of dedicated Creative creatives across our Global teams.  

Do you have what it takes?  

For this position, you should be as strong in concept ideas as you are in crafting every detail of your design. Please enclose your portfolio together with your CV and application. 

You bring: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of commerce experience 

  • A self-starter, able to work independently or in a team and have a sharp eye for detail 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Your written English is flawless 

  • Experience of children’s brands is an advantage 

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
