Core Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate complex and/or large tech development program to meet overall success criteria´s, across multiple digital product development teams in OMP/Digital.
  • Ensure success of large-scale & complex development programs, by owning all aspects of the program orchestration & collaboration through the appropriate framework for execution.
  • Ensuring that program risks are visible and proactively managed and mitigated through clear actions
  • Facilitate shared understanding of success and collaboration across product teams, program managers, lead engineers, principal engineers, tech ops specialists and engineering delivery leads.
  • Ensure and communicate value creation of programs by managing priorities, risks and partners
  • Contribute to building a program management community, and support driving key topics in this community
  • Mentor and coaching more junior TPM’s

The department is supporting both Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering (OMP) but also broader in Digital Technology. OMP is covering end-2-end from product development to finish goods going out of our factories and into distribution centers.

Do you have what it takes?

You probably have a technical education and/or experience from technology consulting or a large complex matrix organization running big tech programs in an agile environment and:

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills on all levels
  • Structured approach in both start-up, execution and close up
  • Strong and proven ability in program governance & management, through roles in program management, product ownership, or similar in an agile/waterfall/hybrid setup
  • Understand and challenge the technical issues a program is facing
  • Deep experience in leading large programs in multi-functional teams, with several technical & non-technical partners, incl. executive leadership teams
  • Deep knowledge of the business processes in a manufacturing / retail company, alternatively from digital media company
  • Excellent story telling & visualization skills for communicating technical concepts to both technical & non-technical partner
  • Strong validated background with Agile methodologies in a product led organization
  • Remains calm and undeterred in tough spots and has a high level of self-awareness
