Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Senior Store Manager (Downtown Disney, Anaheim, CA) and ensure that the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions. You will empower the team around you to drive sales while providing a signature experience for every guest.

- Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, overcoming obstacles and uncertainty, supervising business processes, maintaining outstanding merchandising and cleanliness standards and improving efficiency and profit by maintaining sound operational practices.
- Be a role model for guest experience by ensuring the execution of our service model, striving to complete all monthly mystery shops, enhancing repeat business by crafting NPS promoters, inspiring and coaching sales associates to consistently deliver outstanding branded experiences.
- Lead your team to continued success by recruiting and developing a highly productive and collaborative team, communicate through active coaching and performance management, inspire your team to deliver signature experiences, and ensure continuous learning by providing continuous product knowledge and service training.
- Develop and nurture a high performing team and support continued development as well as identifying low performance individuals and coach for improvement.
- Demonstrate collaboration by working effectively with your peers, partners and others to drive big-picture business performance and create a positive, cooperative working environment.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key partners such as corporate, landlord, etc.
- Organize large scale events within the store promoting new launches, holiday and special events.

Do you have what it takes to lead a team who can inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?
- Over five years of management experience in a high volume retail environment; flagship experience is a plus.
- Experience with the following:
- Point of Sale systems.
- Loss prevention and cash management.
- Recruitment, selection, coaching and training.
- Scheduling and payroll management.
- Performance management and conflict resolution skills.
- Deep understanding of metrics and data analysis.
- Ability to seek process improvement, identify inefficiencies and implement changes.
- Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
- Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with media representing the LEGO brand.
- Experience with heavy tourism and international guests.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

The salary for this position has a range of $86,000- $110,000 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
