Core Responsibilities
Close collaboration and partnership with Executive recruiters, while working on highly confidential and sensitive roles that may require elevated level of care and attention to details and services.
Handle complex interview scheduling across various time zones, aligning the calendars of all interview participants, while ensuring the best hiring manager and candidate experience
Participation in strategy meetings and recruitment update meetings with recruiter and hiring leader to ensure clear understanding of the role, desired candidate profile and progress within the hiring process.
Manage the shortlist of high-profile candidates and their presentation to the Executive Leadership.
Conduct CV screening of all applicants on advanced parameters according to specific positions.
Be aware of new opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
Manage different reporting for stakeholders and BSO Leadership Team

The Recruitment Support team is part of the the LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO), which is a shared service center delivering HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 4 locations: Monterrey, Prague, Shanghai and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many children over the next 5-7 years. Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a resilient person who has experience working with executive levels personnel and the ability to manage high complex scheduling/coordination activities across various time zones; on the top of that we will highly value if you have
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Great communication skills in English both spoken and written
Strategic orientation towards processes and customer needs
Passion for learning and interest in the recruitment area
Ability to manage highly sensitive data with compliance in mind
Experience working with SAP, WorkDay or other recruitment systems is an advantage
MS Office – especially strong competence in Outlook and MS Teams – used daily
