The Merlin Partnership team is part of the Global and Marketing Development division in the LEGO Group, overall responsibility is to drive the strategic partnership between our group and Merlin Entertainments.

Our purpose is to leverage synergies and build consistent and connected experiences across LEGOLAND attractions and The LEGO Group. In this role you will be a part of the team responsible for brand, marketing and innovation within Merlin partnership team.

Merlin Entertainments is the second largest theme park operator in the world. Among others, the group owns and operates 10 LEGOLAND Parks, 25 indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, 9 LEGOLAND Hotels and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks with more than 17 million guests a year.

Core Responsibilities

•Develop global go-to-market strategy and Joint marketing plans that are aligned with overall LEGO priorities and Merlin ambitions

•Support the opening of the LEGOLAND Shanghai 2025 and the integration between the local Merlin team and the LEGO marketing teams in China and APAC. Ensure strong connected ecosystem, CRM platforms and wider digital integration

•Own and lead the integration of key franchises/passion points and ensure they are brought to life in parks and discovery centers in a consistent and connected way

•Be the point of contact for global, regional and local Merlin marketing teams and support their marketing planning across owned, earned, shared and paid channels

•Represent Merlin Entertainments towards the wider LEGO organization and global marketing teams. Help unleash the full potential of the parks and discovery centers within the wider LEGO ecosystem

•Support brand stewardship team and be an integrated part of the Merlin Partnership marketing team

Do you have what it takes?

•Validated experience from a top tier global brand company

•Strong marketing and brand skills with strong proven record of building brands

•Collaborative with demonstrated ability to navigate a sophisticated people network and cultures

 •Great teammate and high degree of personal integrity.

•Strong communication skills

•Ability to balance global direction and localized approach.

•Proficient in both English and Chinese
