Core Responsibilities

  • Build, align, and ensure the smooth execution of Israel's business acceleration plan by 2027. This includes analyzing the current setup, marketing strategy, Route to Market, distribution, and logistics, and proposing improvements using available resources.

  • Contribute to and drive the Integrated Commercial Planning process in partnership with the Regional Commercial Development Manager.

  • Deliver all Israel KPIs including Consumer Sales, Turnover, EBIT, Forecast accuracy, and Customer Pulse.

  • Actively participate in BU Leadership, lead and deliver cross-BU projects and initiatives.

  • Build long-term partnerships and day-to-day contacts with all key accounts at decision-maker levels.

  • Prepare joint customer business plans, forecasts, sales plans, and trade Investment budgets at both the customer and country level. Roll out the plans and achieve defined joint targets.

  • Ensure excellent in-store executions and control external merchandising support.

Our newly established Business Unit (Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Moldova) is designed for growth and innovation. The new structure balances the BU with opportunities for growth and enables knowledge sharing through cross-pollination of resources.

As the Senior KAM for Israel, you will play a crucial role in driving incremental growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Business Unit, you will be a member of the BU leadership team with responsibility for the development, distribution, sales, and merchandising of the LEGO brand in Israel.

Note: We have no office in Israel, so all operations will be conducted remotely.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven success in customer-facing roles with hands-on experience in successful negotiations and delivering multi-year account improvements.

  • Ability to analyze market, retail, and customer information to turn insights into actionable strategies. Identify business opportunities with both short- and long-term impacts.

  • Strong ability to deliver results with and through others, including remote leadership.

  • Capable of handling complexity with a high level of resilience, adaptation, and agility.

  • You will be brave, curious, and sensitive to multicultural environments.

  • Strong collaboration skills and understanding of cross-functional dynamics.

  • You will be analytical with a structured approach and strong drive for results.

  • Proficient in written and verbal English. Hebrew and Russian are preferred.
