Core Responsibilities 

Working closely with the product, design, and leadership team, you will bring to life digital experiences and ensure impact across the product. 

  • Take part with product discovery, user research, prototyping and architecture of solutions. 

  • Drive development efforts and deliverables of a digital product 

  • Supervise usage of those solutions. Capture meaningful data and enable the tracking of metrics and analytics to foster stronger partnerships, applying the full potential of our team. 

  • Build a strong leadership culture between design, product and engineering to ensure thorough understanding of the product domain and outcomes that drive value. 

 

Play your part in our team succeeding 

We collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are seamlessly coordinated with other products and accurately anchored. Our scope includes the development of new features and enhancements to existing products. 

 

 

Do you have what it takes? 

You'll do well in this role if you have: 

  • Previous experience working hybrid workfroce, consisting with inhouse and nearshore or offshore workforce. 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across the organisation. 

  • Strong background within the full software development lifecycle. 

  • Knowledge of API integration, able to think modular to drive flexibility within your product. 

  • Pragmatic and strategic approach to build vs buy. 

  • Communicating engineering work, documenting, and sharing with leadership, stakeholders, and the engineering community. 

  • Ability to orchestrate, contribute and lead eningeering outcomes that solve complex business challenges. 

  • Passion for agile, good quality code, development pipelines and observability. 

  • Tools proficiency in modern Cloud tech stacks, GitHub, AWS and/or Azure. 

  • Exceptional organisational skills and a passion for details, without losing sight of the bigger picture. 

  • Curious with a growth-mindset to continually improvement yourself and your direct reports.
