This role will be tasked with delivering outstanding LEGO (online, mobile and omni-channel) shopper and consumer experiences in conjunction with the LEGO digital strategy. Take ownership of the LEGO Europe Central (D-A-CH) E-Commerce business at retail partners with the goal to anticipate, improve upon and deliver on consumer and especially shopper expectations.
Please note: The position will be based in our Sales office in Grasbrunn and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership: Functionally lead and develop the E-Commerce Marketing (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) at the LEGO Group.
Innovation Scouting & Creation: Stay in touch with trends in the retail industry (e-Commerce, Omnichannel and Brick&Mortar) to develop ideas, concepts, tests and scalable solutions to improve LEGO brand positioning and to deliver short and long term commercial success.
Promotional Planning & Implementation: Plan and deploy performance marketing and drive period campaigns for LEGO on own and earned/negotiated third party media. Maintain and evolve dynamic advertising, campaign CMS tools, retail media group partnerships and data based advertising solution.
Consistent Brand Execution: Collaborate across the LEGO Group to ensure the consumer and shopper experience are consistent across all channels, touchpoints and geographies in delivering the LEGO Brand values. Use cross-functional insights and analytics to develop omni-channel shopper strategies that achieve excellent execution with consistency at all points of purchase.
Brand deployment: Use, develop and improve LEGO technology stack with partners to deploy and scale the utilization of impactful assets, driving novelty, awareness, engagement and conversion. Establish technology at retail partners to automate and simplify asset deployment and data exchange.
Agency & Brand partnerships: Work with existing and connect with leading agencies as well as retailers and other brands to implement planned campaigns/promotions and to distill takeaways and insights. Build pilots and scale solutions.
Partner Management: closely collaborate with Account Management, Digital Marketing and retailers to increase conversion and brand engagement through the year. Engage with our regional CoE in E-Commerce to absorb practices, cross-country alignments but also share practices to the cross-functional teams.
Competency Building: support in building E-Commerce and Digital competencies across the organization. Make sure you stay up to date on the latest trends and industry standards in E-Commerce.

This position provides exposure and collaboration with a wide range of collaborators within the organization at local (Sales, Brand, Trade, Digital Marketing, Customer Development and Operations) and regional level (Western Europe B2B E-Com Center of Excellence).
We are looking for an e-commerce expert who is ready to elevate the Omnichannel/E-Commerce roadmaps of our key accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to the next level.
Do you have what it takes?
Several years working experience in E-Commerce or Omnichannel environment with a focus on driving innovation and solutions
Leadership experience, experience in managing various collaborators
Proven track record in the area of technology and innovation, mobile first approach
Experienced in retail marketing, former touchpoints with retail media, digital merchandising, digital marketing and consumer & shopper engagement
Strong project management skills, comfortable with agile ways of working
Advanced solution selling skills, assertiveness, can-do mentality
Excellent German and strong English language skills (written & spoken)
