Core responsibilities:
Assist managers in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors, and mindset.
Contribute to analysis for problem solving needed.
Arrange and conduct LCI training.
Develop, support, implement and continuously use global CI standards as well as feedback improvement points to local owners.

Reporting to the LCI Senior Manager/LCI Director, this position’s responsibility is to coach managers and specialists in implementing LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.
Focus will furthermore be to drive LCI implementation locally as well as drive improvement activities.
In this role, collaborate with colleagues within the LCI community is key to success to ensure alignment in everything we do. The position will arrange and conduct LCI training and develop, support, implement and continuously use global standards as well as give feedback on improvements to local tool owners.
Do you have what it takes?
Graduated in industrial management or similar will be an advantage.
BSc/BA in relevant field such as Engineering or business administration.
At least 3 years of Lean/OPEX/CI experience and manufacturing environment.
Experience as in Lean/Daily management system deployment phases of manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
Experience in facilitation of CI workshops
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience as internal/external consultant would be an advantage.
Proficient in English at an advanced level.
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
Knowledge of MS Office (power BI, Power Automate, and KPIs visualization).
Excellent Aptitude in creative problem-solving.
Disciplined and forward thinking.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues from and out of the team.
