Core Responsibilities
As a Sr. AM Manager you will drive our Additive Manufacturing capability expansion by developing and aligning plans that will outline project scope, objectives, results, timelines, resources, risks, and assumptions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the LEGO Group, including design, engineering, and production, to integrate AM into our value chain. Moreover you will:
Identify gaps in capabilities. Drive development and implementation of new AM applications and possibilities. Participate in cross-organizational initiatives and communities to improve our AM agenda.
Pro-actively drive and provide clear and timely project updates, aligning with senior collaborators and communicating optimally.
Cultivate a trustful collaboration across multi-functional teams, including designers, engineers, manufacturing technicians, and project managers.
Coordinate and support the team in conducting experiments to improve build development capabilities and enhance AM process quality.
Be part of People Development: Grow other people (professionally as well as personally) and see their development as an integrated part of strengthening performance and building a healthy organization.

Additive Design & Manufacturing (AD&M) is developing and maturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies. The department is focusing on the research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials, and applications.
We are mainly focusing on polymer AM production for different applications in close collaboration with various collaborators. The aim is pushing and driving the AM industry and its technologies towards true large-scale manufacturing!
You will be part of our AD&M Element Maturing team. The team focuses on three areas: delivering production setups for additively manufactured LEGO elements, developing AM capabilities for the LEGO portfolio, and integrating new technology from our technology maturing team into production.

Strong Technical Expertise: curiosity in learning and understanding of the LEGO Group's chosen AM technologies, and quickly get a solid understanding of the tools and technologies relevant to a given project
Proven experience with technology or product development Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you have proficiency in presenting information in a succinct and digestible format for decision making, and communicating technical content to non-technical collaborators
Skilled at identifying and solving problems that may occur during project execution, using critical thinking, analytical skills, and quick decision-making under pressure
Proficiency in English written and verbally
