*This position will be mainly based in LEGO Temporary Office in Deutsches Haus, D1, HCMC . Relocation to our future factory in VSIP3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong will be expected from early 2025. Transportation will be provided.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Advisor, Employee Service, plays a crucial role in developing a scalable and sustainable process for the business. We seek employee who is eager to actively engage in building a high-performing department that values collaboration, quality, and enjoyment in daily work life.

HR Operations include work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:

  • HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)

  • Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.)

  • Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)

  • Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)

  • May be accountable for selecting and handling HR outsourcing vendors

  • End of end hire to retire: Working across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs. Including but not limited to hiring administration, personnel records management, benefits and Time & attendance.

The main purpose of the Employee Services Operations (ESO) role are:

  • To ensure that transitioned hire to retire administration tasks are performed at the highest standards (timely, accurately, customer-centric, in compliance and most efficiently).

  • Coordinator of all HR benefits between People Partner, Culture (PPC) Team and Business process Improvement (BPI) teams.

  • Collaboratively lead the entire time and attendance process

The role will require the candidate to support recruitment during the manufacturing startup phase which includes screening of CVs and interview logistics support. The main purpose of the Recruitment Support (RS) role are:

  • To be part of establishing a Recruitment Support team; where quality, learning and performance are keystones for the new Business Support Operations (BSO) covering Asia

  • To form new collaborative relationships with different teams and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes in Asia

  • Coping with an exciting and constantly changing environment that includes various ways of working and cultural diversity among different team members.

  • Contribute to an excellent service through reporting results and keeping track of progress through performance indicators.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Min 5 years experience in Human Resources, in an MNC manufacturing company, particularly in mass hiring of blue-collar workers, employee services, master data, or related HR fields

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Experience with SAP or Workday is a plus.

  • Good command of English & Vietnamese

  • Experience in supporting APAC recruitment process is a bonus

  • Responsible, service-minded, outgoing, and quick to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and is curious
