Job Description
Are you looking to join a successful Prague based team as a Senior Accounting Assistant in the Travel and Expenses team where you will be part of a lively and evolving environment where a curious mind will help you tackle a broad range of responsibilities?
Core responsibilities
- Daily oversight and support associated with employee
travel and expenses. - Daily interaction with the employees to ensure
compliance with LEGO Global Travel Policy - Usage of SAP travel platform that incorporate travel
booking, expense reimbursement and reporting. - Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to
drive efficiency and cost savings through analytics,
reporting, auditing, and training. - Create and provide training to assist employees.
- Contact users when appropriate approval is missing or
when support is not provided for reimbursement. - Help users by researching and resolving any payment
issues. - Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure diligent
processing of expense reports. - Supporting a high-performing, customer- and service
oriented culture within the AP department - Supporting and completing optimisation initiatives across
cross functional areas - Supporting compliance of the company policies and
procedures, and supporting operation of global,
standardised and scalable processes - Ordering corporate credit cards and disbursing them to
employees - Support users with travel card related issues.

The Senior Assistant plays a significant role in establishing a sustainable Accounts Payable department in the Business Service Operations. We need development- oriented employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, and process excellence.

Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional working
experience with Travel and Expenses processes - Experience with Travel and Expenses ERP Systems
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excel intermediate
- Experience from Shared Service Centre
- Collaborator with initiative-taking approach
- Precise on delivery and deadline
- Estimated travel activity – up to 10 days per year.
- Experience with SAP
- Excel at advanced level
- Knowledge of credit card system
- Analysis attitude
- LCI experience
