You might have experience working with global security previously and you bring a flexible, collaborating, and communicative approach to your work. Then you could be the Security Operator we are looking for!

Core Responsibilities

  • Part of our Security Operation Center

  • Responsible for alarm/signal receiving and handling

  • Proactively alarm monitoring, documentation, and reporting

  • Analyzing our security processes

  • Crisis Management

  • Actively encouraging and supporting the operation centers development and innovation by understanding the role and the business needs for operation centers deliverables

  • Engaging and involving in activities and operations as well as employee interaction

  • Working efficiently with internal and external partners, creating space for influence and taking individual needs into account

The Global Security Organization looks after employees and assets in The LEGO Group, KIRKBI A/S and the owner family. The primary role is to ensure business continuity by protecting the company and employees from critical security incidents and ensuring efficient responses to incidents. This includes safety aspects of various events and travel security. We function as Global Point of Contact 365, 24/7 and as a center for Crisis and Emergency Management within the LEGO Group. You become a part of our team existing of 8 Security Operators, 4 Security Supervisors, 1 Security Manager Crisis Specialist, 1 CEO driver, 1 student worker and Head of Global Command Centre.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate has relevant working experience from for example an operation center or similar function. In addition, you have insight to security related IT systems, and you can relate too below:

  • Experienced in or motivated to work in day/night shift change 365

  • Excellent teammate in every sense of tasks and decision making

  • Partner engagement and management experience

  • Creative attitude and proactive thinking

  • Thrive in taking initiative, working in agile and changing conditions and in decision making

As a person you are service minded, systematic, and analytical. You have excellent communication skills, are customer oriented and have the ability to target you communication to the individual partner. You communicate well in English - both oral and written.
