Core Responsibilities
Partnering with assigned business area to drive strong Reward support on core process to People Partner, Recruitment and Leaders
Dedicated Reward Partnering (Director+ IPE/Mercer evaluation, packages, re-org support, ad hoc reporting and tracking of key performance indicators etc.) to assigned business area
Pro-actively guide assigned business area (People Partners and Leaders) within Reward elements with focus on timely analysis of market trends and equal pay to ensure appropriate investments are made and approved. Overall - ensure the assigned business area is on market (median), healthy employee turnover, people pulse results, recruitment lead-time etc.
Drive an assigned global process (Merit, PMP/bonus, LTIP, Vice President+ recruitment support/packages, Job Catalogue, Reward & Recognition Process, Benefits) that may vary from year to year and Reward Partner to ensure ongoing development and overlap in skills in the team.

At the LEGO Group, the Reward functions sit as part of the People, Places and Culture (PPC/HR) business area. We are a team of 35 colleagues supporting ~30.000 colleagues across Factories, Retail stores and Offices. The Reward team comprises a team of specialists looking at: Business Travel, Mobility, Reward Partnering, Tax, Employee Engagement & Experience, Internationals, Executive Level, global processes (Merit, bonus/LTIP, job catalogue/Mercer evaluation system, Reward & Recognition) and daily Reward operations/execution, Benefits, equal pay and sustainability.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working within a global Reward function, ideally experience from full value chain in Manufacturing, Retail and offices. In addition, you have prior knowledge of Mercer IPE evaluation and have worked in a multinational company, engaging with senior (VP+ level) partners. You bring strong communication skills coupled with project management experience and finally, you are structured, have attention to details and are self driven.
