Job Description
Just imagine a retail management role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You’ll see to that. Because you’ll share the curiosity and imagination that brings them to us. And you’ll be part of the reason they come back - time and again.
What will I do?
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of effective store management. From leading and inspiring your team to making sure everything runs like clockwork. Front of house, you’ll take pride in overseeing signature LEGO experiences and an imaginatively merchandised store. Behind the scenes, you’ll take care of stock control and people management, as well as providing expert insights and advice on LEGO policy.
Role at a glance:
Taking charge of all aspects of store operations
Developing the talent in your team
Acting as role model to everyone
Delivering a strong store performance
What do I need to do it?
As Store Manager, you’ll understand the demands of retail management and know how to create a welcoming environment. An inspiring leader and team builder, you’ll combine confidence, passion and energy with the empathy and listening skills that make all the difference. Financially and commercially aware and a strong people manager, you’ll know how to juggle tasks and stakeholders with ease,
What will I get out of it?
Aside from the chance to do something you love every day, you can count on being well looked after. Your well-being comes first. So everyone that works with us gets family care leave, access to Headspace and a range of local programmes designed to look after you. On the financial side, all of our colleagues are enrolled in our global bonus scheme - plus getting in-store discounts, and life and disability insurance for peace of mind.
