Job Description

Field retail team mainly covers LCS business management. The focus of Offline Branded Retail team is to deliver our core Brand Value Proposition and Customer Value Proposition in the market place by delivering professional customer management and retail operation management.

The job goal is to drive retail operational excellence and build-up customer retail capability including retail merchandising, activity implementation and campaign engagement. Lead merchandiser team development and ensure in store execution perfection via internally collaboration with district team, retail brand experience team and externally collaboration with customer.

Core Responsibilities:

Retail Execution Management:

  • Drive store retail excellence via visual merchandising guideline deployment, execution clarity and improvement;
  • Conduct campaign deployment including guideline cascading, customer deployment meeting, execution detail improvement;
  • Support district team and training team to provide training to partner;
  • Understand store daily operation and provide visibility

Merchandiser Team Management:

  • Merchandiser recruiting, development and performance review, including provide training and coaching;

Cross-Functional collaboration:

  • Close work with Retail Marketing team to optimize visual merchandising and campaign execution
  • Support district team and training team to provide training to partner;
  • Work with partner’s Visual Merchandising and Marketing team to build up an efficient way to support store operation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3-5 years’ related experience of retail operation in a multi-national company in retail industry, including Sports, Fashion and etc.
  • Good sense in visual merchandising;
  • Team management experience is a must;
  • Strong communication and mature interpersonal skills;
  • O2O and CRM related experience is a plus;
  • Skilled in office software, esp. Excel and Power Point;
  • Good at written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin;
  • LEGO product fans or like to play bricks is preferred.
