Core Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Support Senior Coordinator, you will work closely with recruiters to find the best talent for our hiring leaders worldwide. You will support the process by handling mostly administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and screening CVs, while also serving as the first point of contact for candidates and ensuring an outstanding experience for them. Other responsibilities include:
- Participate in strategy meetings with recruiter and hiring manager to ensure clear understanding of role and desired candidate profile
- Provide input regarding talent in the industry as well as raise any potential risk with meeting timelines
- Build strong partnership with assigned recruiters and partners
- Retain absolute privacy while working with sensitive and personal HR data
- Proactively share new opportunities for process improvement and come up with good ideas and initiatives (e.g. standardisation)
- Being a role model for the team members, leading onboarding process for newcomers
- Report open & closed positions, solve ServiceNow tickets with inquiries related to recruitment
- Being subject matter expert in dedicated area

The Recruitment Support team is part of the LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO), which is a shared service center delivering HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The mission of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many children over the next 5-7 years. As a member of the organization, you will be working in a top professional environment where the focus is on quality, learning and collaboration.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in any coordinating role in an international environment, preferably from recruitment or human resources field in general, customer service or logistics
- Experience in a technical support role would be appreciated
- Positive, service-minded, structured personality with a strong attention to detail and a focus on following processes and meeting customer needs.
- As for the technical requirements, MS office package, especially Outlook are needed and used on daily basis. Experience working with SAP, WorkDay or other recruitment systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required, other European languages are beneficial
