Join our EMEA Talent Operations team for the Part-Time Student role based in Kladno for this exciting opportunity to become the face of the LEGO Group as an employer brand to ensure a phenomenal candidate experience!

Core responsibilities:

  • Running own recruitment and selection processes (also Assessment Centres) including writing job postings, scheduling interviews, act as a partner towards the hiring manager during interviews for hourly positions such as mechanics, team coordinators, quality technicians etc.
  • Participating in relevant employer branding activities
  • Help facilitating the local induction program for our new joiners and enable successful onboarding
  • Participating in ad hoc recruitment projects

As a member of the Talent Operations EMEA team you would work not only with local colleagues and hiring leaders directly on our site in Kladno, but you would also interact with our teammates from other locations such as Hungary, Germany and UK. Talent Ops EMEA team covers recruitment processes for all functional areas of The LEGO Group within EMEA region.

This is a contract of services (DPČ) role based in Kladno.
 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Ability to work +- 20 hours per week, minimum 2 days weekly in the office
  • Willingness to learn and to understand the HR processes
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and use your curiosity and personal aim to move forward
  • Proficient English and Czech language skills (daily communication in both written and verbal form)
