As the Program Manager (Incentives) at LEGO Games, you’ll lead the charge in developing strategic challenges and reward systems that amplify creator engagement and drive success within the LEGO ecosystem. Join us to create impactful, gamified experiences that make a real difference!
Core Responsibilities
As a Program Manager in the LEGO GAME division, you will focus on designing and delivering strategic challenges, missions, and incentive programs to inspire and engage our global creator community. Reporting to the Program Lead, your responsibilities include:
Design and implement challenges, missions, and reward programs to drive creator engagement.
Lead the end-to-end management of incentive programs, aligning them with business goals and creator needs.
Define success metrics, analyze program outcomes, and optimize for greater impact.
Establish strategic partnerships with external partners to amplify incentive program impact.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to promote and implement initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in gamification and creator incentives, ensuring clear communication with creators.

The LEGO Games team is responsible for all game products across the LEGO Group. Please note: This is a position based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience designing and managing incentive programs, focusing on gamification and creator engagement.
Strong understanding of motivational drivers for creators and effective reward systems.
Proven ability to strategically plan, scale programs, and align them with business goals.
Expertise in non-monetary incentives, digital badges, and managing external partnerships.
Excellent communication and partner management skills for engaging creators and teams.
Analytical and creative problem-solving approach to track performance and optimize initiatives.
