El propósito de un Coordinador de Producción es proporcionar un apoyo adecuado a la operación del Paquete Final a través del procesamiento y análisis efectivo de la información de producción para definir acciones de mejora o soluciones de problemas, además de la validación de la introducción de nuevos productos o modificaciones del proceso, asegurando que no haya impacto en los indicadores clave de rendimiento del área .

Responsabilidades

  • Procesar información de producción para elaborar los informes presentados en la reunión diaria de operación tales como: tasa de producción, ausentismo, resultados de confirmación del proceso y cumplimiento de TPM.
  • Determine las horas de trabajo de producción que se ofrecerán a Production Planning semanalmente.
  • Procesa y analiza el big data de operaciones para determinar acciones de mejora o soluciones de problemas utilizando las diferentes herramientas de Mejora Continua : ciclo PDCA, 5 Whys, Resolución Práctica de Problemas o Eventos de Mejora Rápida.
  • Participar en pruebas de ingeniería para validar la introducción adecuada de  nuevos productos o modificaciones de procesos asegurando que no haya impacto en los indicadores de producción.
  • Seguimiento de las Herramientas como 5S, TPM, Resolución de Problemas, SMED y Valor para el Cliente para sostener o mejorar la evaluación anual.
  • Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de mejora para optimizar la operación y lograr mejores resultados en los indicadores de producción: Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega, Costo y Personas.

  • ¿Tienes lo que se necesita?

•Educacion: Ingeniería Industrial Mecánica o afín.

•Experiencia: 1 año de experiencia laboral en empresas manufactureras como Pasante.

•Habilidades: Liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, proactivo, orientación al cliente, innovación, autoaprendizaje, comunicación efectiva, mejora continua y resolución de problemas

•Conocimiento: Conocimientos básicos de gestión de proyectos. Análisis y visualización de datos con Microsoft Excel. El análisis de datos con Minitab es opcional
