Build our new pioneering Pricing product and shape the LEGO Group's commercial actions!
We are step-changing our Revenue Management capabilities and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to hold a leading role in building our digital capabilities, creating a system for sophisticated analytics and pricing insights, in strong collaboration with commercial teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Developing an ambitious and clear product vision and communicating this optimally to business partners and team, so they’re aligned, and invested in the strategic direction.
- Translating the product strategy into a product roadmap. Identifying and generating innovations that grow market share.
- Defining, supervising, and reporting the product team’s quarterly performance, in line with our portfolio strategic OKR's, and wider market context.
- Leading product discovery with the team, researchers, and wider collaborators to develop, experiment and test new insights that help shape the value proposition.
- Drive end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production.
- Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer focused design.
- Ensure communication around priorities, developments and changes are clearly understood by collaborators across the business.
- Take ownership for creating user stories. Ensure that enough user stories have been refined and estimated by the team for upcoming sprints.
- Involvement in sprint planning, provide clarity and elaborate user stories to help the team better understand the requirements.
- Successfully identify risks and mitigations that remove risk and uncertainty early in product development.
- Promoting and encouraging a continuous delivery team culture to deliver against OKR's.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the team, providing insight, context, and information as needed.

The Product Manager for Customer and Product Pricing (CPP) will work close with our Revenue & Pricing team, elevating our pricing capabilities to enable a holistically understanding of the entire pricing waterfall in order to identify business opportunities and/or risks that can be shared throughout the organization and addressed proactively. In collaboration with the product team and key stakeholders, the team will be responsible for developing our future E2E pricing system to support seamless implementation of our Pricing strategy.
This role is located in the global Markets & Channels organization as part of Market and Commercial Development (MCD), a distributed team working across our B2B Market Groups and D2C LEGO® Retail unit. The team has a directive to optimise commercial momentum, support Group-wide commercial strategies and drive commercial insights and capability building.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds an educational background - could be Master or Bachelor’s degree - in business administration, Economics, Commercial and Retail Management, Information Technology or similar; together with experience with engaging and working with cross-functional teams and agile development methodologies.
Moreover, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication, collaboration skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Effective team leadership; maintaining a continuous learning environment, setting clear objectives, providing clarity on achievements
- A supportive coaching style, proactively encouraging personal and professional development and achievement across the team
- Experience working with Price & Revenue Management and/or as a Business Analyst with a focus on Pricing
The nice-to-have qualifications are:
- A digital native that understands how data can be transformed into valuable pricing insights and knows how to visualize, present & distribute these insights
- Strong problem solver attitude with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
- Analytical mindset along with a solid understanding of IT from a business side - e.g., working with ERP like SAP, and with optimization tools
10-20 international travel days yearly should be expected.
