Are you ready to shape the future of LEGO® brick production? We're looking for a PLM Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and take our Teamcenter to the next level! Core responsibilities

  • Implement requests from our engineers to provide good user experience and increase productivity in the Teamcenter ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with team members about solution design and code reviews.
  • Provide support for end-users if some systems fail.
  • Integrate applications and systems to Teamcenter.
  • Embrace the DevSecOps mindset with a 'You built it - you own it' philosophy and take active part of test automation and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support the LEGO Group to store and handle product life cycle management of all CAD models related to the production of LEGO® bricks.
  • Provide an excellent end user experience to support the organization to achieve the fastest time to market possible

The Platform Technology department provides solutions and technology for the engineering areas of the LEGO Group. In this position, you will be part of a product team where you will build and maintain a platform that supports the LEGO Group to store and handle product lifecycle management of all CAD models related to the production of LEGO® bricks. You will be a part of a team – currently with 6 Software Engineers - that will be growing since we will be supporting migration to cloud and implement more advanced ways of handling product lifecycle management in the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Programming Proficiency: Experienced in a programming language such as Java, .NET, or a similar language.
  • API and Application Development: Skilled in building APIs and developing enterprise-level applications.
  • User-Focused Mindset: Eager to support both the platform and its end-users, ensuring seamless, user-centered experiences.
  • Adaptable and Inclusive: You thrive in a flexible, inspiring environment that embraces change and values diversity.
  • Growth-Oriented: You have a willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills and expertise.
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain technical concepts in an accessible way, working collaboratively to expand both technical and business knowledge at a sustainable pace.

It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience with PLM/PDM Systems: You bring hands-on knowledge of enterprise software systems in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Product Data Management (PDM).
  • Cloud Proficiency: You have demonstrable experience with cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Agile & Continuous Delivery Mindset: You have practical experience in agile development methods and continuous delivery environments, with a commitment to adaptive and iterative progress.
  • R&D or Engineering Background: Experience in an R&D or engineering setting, with knowledge of concepts like 3D modeling and bills of materials.
