Become part of our collaborative and supportive Payroll team, where precision, learning, and teamwork drive success. We are looking for a committed Payroll Advisor to oversee payroll operations in a part of the Western Europe region, ensuring compliance and excellence along the process. 
 

Please note: The position will be based in our office in Prague and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered.  

Core Responsibilities 

  • Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and timely execution of Payroll within own scope.

  • Provide operational support to respective colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.

  • Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives.

  • Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers and vendors in order to secure high quality payroll processing.

  • Cooperate with colleagues in team in order to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.

  • Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum effectivity and precision of the payroll process.

  • Use and implement standard practice from within own defined country scope across further EMEA areas under the team’s responsibilities.

  • Performs reconciliations and controls in regular payroll process.

  • Further Payroll Team related task according to instructions from Manager.

The Payroll Advisor plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable Payroll department in Business Services Operations (BSO). We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to engage actively in building a high-performing, fun team, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life!

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Proven experience and understanding of payroll/finance processes and administration, ideally from international environment/shared services/payroll provider (either as Payroll administrator or Payroll processor)

  • Experience with HR Master Data Systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)

  • Experience with Payroll Systems e.g. ADP

  • Microsoft Office experience, advanced with MS Excel preferable

  • Collaborative with a proactive approach

  • Ability to work in an analytical and structured manner, paying attention to details

  • Fluent English
