This role will be responsible for the operations of key on-demand retail platforms, including Meituan, Eleme, and JDDJ, ensuring that our business objectives are achieved.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position

Play your part in our team succeeding

Offline Branded Retail team mainly covers LCS business management. The focus of our team is to deliver our core Brand Value Proposition and Customer Value Proposition in the marketplace by delivering professional customer management and retail operation management!

Core Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and adjust plan in response to market trends and performance data.
  • Analyze sales performance, supervising metrics such as traffic, conversion, etc and continuously refine operational strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
  •  Design promotional mechanism and align with platform, including product selection and campaign mechanics and Liaise optimally with platforms to improve resource acquisition and campaign impact.
  •  Supervise the product assortment selling on the platform, including planning, launches, inventory monitoring, and pricing.
  •  Co-work with KAM to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners to ensure the execution and service quality of our stores.
  •  Share data insights to guide partners' operational activities and share best practices from top-performing stores.
  • On-boarding new platforms

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in business-related is helpful
  • 5-8 years of experience in Key account management, previous experience in O2O operation or E-commerce is helpful.
  • Deep understanding of new retail and instant retail ecosystems, platform operations, and rules
  • Strong internal and external communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sophisticated data structuring and analysis capabilities to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Discernment with a keen market sense to seize business opportunities.
