What your day will look like:
- Lead NPI & Industrial Engineering , Process Engineering and Project Management team.
- Essure LVA operational machinery & processes meets local and global LEGO requirements and standards (Safety, quality, software, efficiency, complexity, ergonomics and confidentiality) accordingly.
- Define department and individual objectives oriented to support business. plan, assuring effective communication and feedback to the team.
- Lead the team responsible to introduce new products into the manufacturing processes of Richmond factory.
- Provide operational support from the engineering perspective, to reach defined company metrics & goals.
- Empower the team on continuous develop and search for new opportunities to proactively improve our processes on safety, quality, delivery, cost & moral perspective through CI principles.
- Support operational areas, form the engineering perspective, to reach defined company metrics & goals.
- Owner of the implementation of new automated manufacturing platforms and additional capacity in LVA Factory.
Are you up for the challenge?
- +10 years of experience in engineering environment.
- Experience leading Industrial Engineering , Process Engineering and Project Management teams focused on implementing new technologies (Automation & Digitalization).
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40 days / year.
- The base salary for this position generally ranges between $ $160,000 USD- $210,00 USD. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
