你的职责:
1.严格遵守公司的安全流程规章制度,确保自我安全和周围同事安全
Follow EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) rules and regulations. ensure self-safety and safety of colleagues around.
2.仓库备件及时下单购买,备件交期跟踪,异常情况及时向备件需求人员进行反馈.
Spare parts ordering, delivery tracking, abnormalities feedback to required person.
3.仓库备件库存的日常管理,确保库存精准,定期库存盘点,资产盘点
Spare parts storage management, ensure inventory is accurate, periodic inventory counting, assets counting
4.备件基础数据维护,SAP系统操作。
Maintain spare parts data base, operating SAP.
5.负责注塑区域相关备件的采购和收发货(模具打包,模具、备件接收和发运)
Responsible of moulding area spare parts purchasing, receiving and delivering. (mould packaging, mould and spare parts receiving and shipment.
6.和其他部门合作,来共同提高安全,质量,交付等
Collaborate with other department colleagues, to improve safety, quality, delivery etc.
7.执行相应的过程确认,并及时进行反馈,提醒和帮助周围身边同事进行改善
Perform process confirmation, timely feedback, help others to take improve actions
8.确保预防性和纠正性维护工作的开展,执行持续改进计划并向团队提出自己的建议
Ensure completion containment and countermeasures, implement continuously improvement plan and provide proposals to team
9.完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务
Other tasks from line Manager.
岗位要求:
1. 熟练使用office办公软件。
2. 具有ERP&SAP系统知识背景。
3. 了解模具、设备相关备件知识。
4. 2+ year 仓库备件管理经验
5. 具有成本、库存优化理念。
6. 具备英语沟通能力优先。
