Job Description
Core Responsibilities :

- Support mould test process after mould repair
- Hỗ trợ quy trình thử khuôn sau khi sửa chữa khuôn
- Support the TPM job of test machine in test room.
- Hỗ trợ công việc TPM của máy test trong phòng test.
- Support moulding test requirement from the relative department in test machine.
- Hỗ trợ yêu cầu thử khuôn từ các bộ phận liên quan trên máy test.
- Support the new injection machine ramp up in production.
- Hỗ trợ chạy thử máy ép nhựa mới trong sản xuất
- Support the new mould ramp up in production.
- Hỗ trợ chạy thử khuôn mới trong sản xuất
- Support the color C/O and mould C/O in production area.
- Hỗ trợ việc chuyển đổi màu sắc (C/O) và chuyển đổi khuôn (C/O) trong khu vực sản xuất.
- Support the TPM job in production area.
- Hỗ trợ công việc TPM trong khu vực sản xuất
- Support the material handler job in production area.
- Hỗ trợ công việc của người phụ trách nguyên liệu trong khu vực sản xuất.
- Participate the continuous improvement in production.
- Tham gia cải tiến liên tục trong sản xuất
- Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts.
- Đảm bảo an toàn, không gây ra tình trạng mất an toàn hoặc thực hiện các hành động không an toàn.
- Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained.
- Đảm bảo duy trì 5S trong khu vực làm việc
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý giao.
Do you have what it takes?
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Preferably graduated from a vocational school, college, or university, with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp cao đẳng nghề, cao đẳng hoặc đại học, chuyên ngành cơ khí hoặc lĩnh vực tương tự.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in moulding or plastic injection machine operation.
- Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khuôn mẫu hoặc vận hành máy ép nhựa.
- Candidates with experience in injection moulding operations, injection parameters, and familiarity with the plastic injection industry are preferred.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong vận hành ép nhựa, điều chỉnh thông số ép nhựa, và quen thuộc với công việc trong ngành ép nhựa.
- Ability to read and write basic English.
- Khả năng đọc và viết tiếng Anh cơ bản.
