Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
  • Developing, optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
  • Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • At least 2 - 3 years' experience in plastic company as similar position.
  • Deep knowledge in injection molding operations, injection parameters, and plastic experimentation; experience in mold making is a plus.
  • Degree in engineering mechanical is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
  • Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
  • Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
