Job Description

Core Responsibilities  :

  • Use of best practices in moulding area to keep operation in safe, quality and efficiency condition
  • Sử dụng các phương pháp tốt nhất trong khu vực ép nhựa để duy trì an toàn, chất lượng và hiệu quả
  • Carry out mould changes in 2P, 3P, 2K, and HK, etc.
  • Thực hiện thay đổi khuôn trong 2P, 3P, 2K, và HK, v.v.
  • Carry out colour changes
  • Thực hiện thay đổi màu
  • Start-up of production machines according to process sheet.
  • Khởi động máy ép nhựa theo bảng quy trình
  • Guarantee high quality level during machine start-ups and/or first piece runs.
  • Đảm bảo chất lượng cao trong quá trình khởi động máy và chạy sản phẩm mẫu đầu tiên
  • Deliver samples to quality control area for approval and release.
  • Giao mẫu đến khu vực kiểm soát chất lượng để phê duyệt và phát hành
  • Cleaning of workplace during and after changes (Mould/Colour) in the area.
  • Làm sạch nơi làm việc trong và sau khi thay đổi Khuôn/Màu
  • Inform operators about special and/or specific conditions of moulds, machines and processes.
  • Thông báo cho nhân viên vận hành về các điều kiện đặc biệt, cụ thể về khuôn, máy móc và quy trình
  • Cooperation with Quality Control and Maintenance Areas.
  • Hợp tác với các khu vực Kiểm soát Chất lượng và Bảo trì
  • Report damage to machines, equipment and moulds to maintenance department during Change over.
  • Báo cáo hư hỏng của máy móc, thiết bị và khuôn cho bộ phận bảo trì trong quá trình thay đổi
  • Perform another necessary tasks assigned by Leader
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ cần thiết khác do Trưởng Bộ phận giao.

Do you have what it takes?

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Preferably graduated from a vocational school, college, or university, with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp cao đẳng nghề, cao đẳng hoặc đại học, chuyên ngành cơ khí hoặc lĩnh vực tương tự.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in moulding or plastic injection machine operation.
  • Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khuôn mẫu hoặc vận hành máy ép nhựa.
  • Candidates with experience in injection moulding operations, injection parameters, and familiarity with the plastic injection industry are preferred.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong vận hành ép nhựa, điều chỉnh thông số ép nhựa, và quen thuộc với công việc trong ngành ép nhựa.
  • Ability to read and write basic English.
  • Khả năng đọc và viết tiếng Anh cơ bản.
