Embark on an exciting career as Manager, Membership Program Reporting & Optimisation within the newly established Membership & Personalisation team in Market & Channels Global Marketing.

Core Responsibilities
- Implement systems to track key performance metrics and oversee rewards liability reporting using your strong analytical skills.
- Monitor program performance, identify underperformance areas, and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Lead forecasting and inventory reporting to support the Mechanics Team in planning and delivering benefits and rewards.
- Drive program optimisation in collaboration with teams like Benefits and Rewards mechanics and Member Activation for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline reporting and optimisation efforts.

M&C Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.
This position will be responsible for the reporting and optimisation of the LEGO Group Membership program, including Forecasting, KPI performance reporting, Membership Satisfaction reporting and overall ROI.
Partnering with the Program Operations and Development Team and other skilled teams, to increase member satisfaction with the program, drive commercial results, and contribute towards improving their Client Life Value.
You will report directly to the Director, Membership Program Operations & Development.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experienced in leading reporting and optimization for loyalty benefit & reward programs, delivering commercial results and member satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage and drive cross-functional loyalty programs, building support among diverse global teams.
- Skilled in communicating clear, actionable recommendations, both in writing and verbally.
- Extensive experience in a global, multi-cultural manufacturing company with complex channels (D2C and B2B).
- Positive, solution-oriented team player with strong independent work ethic, clear direction setting, and exceptional skills in managing and influencing others.
