Core Responsibilities

  • People leader of specific maintenance team, show mature leadership behaviour and vision on team management.

  • Responsible for maintaining an exceptional daily operation (PM and CM work), ensuring safety and reliable operation of the packing production equipment

  • Main responsibility is to lead local team by example and be collaborative with members of other departments.

  • Be responsible for implementation of actions on sporadic and chronic failures, promote the systematic way of problem solving and improvement in the team.

  • Accountable for maintenance scheduling, optimize labors and materials dispatch according to priority of tasks, as well as KPIs of MMS.

  • Assist in identifying and providing training to maintenance and production related to PM pillar in TPM.

  • Accountable to maintenance crew for all needed MRO and technical documentation.

  • Participate in the creation and review of Maintenance procedures and policies.

  • Be role model for the team and strive to be an example in behavior within people safety/people health and quality of work.

  • Actively communicate with subordinates and provide constructive feedback.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This position is designed to lead the team and manage the internal maintenance of LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam Packing’s production facility by coordinating the maintenance and co-ordination of maintenance of the production equipment, material flow and spare parts, support for systems linked to the operation of production lines.

The main challenges is to support the Operation, have high flexibility managing the demand, ensure the right capabilities of the team members, and maintain control of budget.

Do you have what it takes

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related majors

  • Strong experience in Equipment maintenance, Total Preventive Maintenance with minimum 3 years as people leader

  • Preferable Experience working with people from other cultures

  • Able to Travel several times during the year to different parts of the work, including overseas trips.

  • Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff wellness, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics.

  • Previous experience working for a multinational company that understands the value of working in a Diverse environment.

  • Creative and innovative, not only implant but knows how to execute.

  • Creates culture of openness and transparency.

  • Very good command of both spoken and written English
